It has been a great qualifying session for Kenan down under, with the rain interrupting the qualifying session it was all set for plenty of drama, Kenan was holding the third position for most of the session before coming into the pits and waiting for the track to dry out, with few minutes remaining he went out again and set the best time of the session and almost look set to be on front row but he miss out as other riders were improving too.
Kenan miss out the pole for 0,155 sec and end up in 5th position.
Until the qualifying session Dominique has been struggling with front end problem and poor rear grip, with major set-up changes he was able to improve his lap time and feeling but get caught with the rain, so after coming into the pits he found himself down in 21th position so as soon the track start drying out he was the first one to go on slicks and lap after lap was improving his lap time, he will start from 13th position.
